Crab, Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Dip:

6oz claw crab meat
1 lemon
10 oz Roasted Garlic Hummus
10 oz Chive and Onion Cream Cheese
5 oz Regular Cream Cheese
14 oz Artichoke 
6 oz Fresh Spinach 
1 C Parmesan
1/2 TBS Horseradish Mustard
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/8 tsp Salt

Red Onion For Garnish

Flatbread (Optional):

3 oz Sundried Tomatoes
1 C Warm Water 
2 Cloves Garlic
1 1/2 tsp Bread Machine Yeast 
1 1/2 C Flour
1/2 tsp Salt

It was a crisp fall day here in Colorado, as I knew it would be thanks to Siri and her magical weather predictions. We turned on the heat for the first time, it smelt terrible, and then I proceeded to make a latte to wake me up and soothe my senses. ;) It was just what I needed to settle into my day and I was ready to create my dip. This recipe is so simple and is the perfect fix for a great day of football. Add all your ingredients into a crockpot. Put on high and let it cook with the lid on, stirring occasionally, for one hour. Take the lid off and let it simmer for another hour, again stirring occasionally.

In this particular case, I decided to cut my flatbread with a ravioli cutter to create little strips. Then I topped my strips with the dip, red onions, and fresh pepper to add that last little kick. So simple, yet so satisfying for a Broncos victory kind of day! Till next time foodies, indulge in this utopia of deliciousness!
