Parmesan Chips

Chips:

1 Bag Parmesan

Foil

Baking Sheet

 

Suggested Flavors:
Dill
Parsley with Garlic
Black Pepper with Crushed Red Pepper
I always make some that are plain for people who like to keep it simple.

Begin by placing your parm in little circles, with spices, Bake them 375°F for 12 minutes (rotate once).

 These chips can be paired with many different things, but I find they go best with my Salmon Mousse Recipe found HERE. You can pipe the mousse on top of your chips, and sprinkle with fresh chives.....

Or for something completely different - Pipe the mousse into a grilled avocado, and top it with a parmesan chip. 

 

Grilled Avocado:

Cut your avo's in half, and lightly coat in olive oil. Grill face down until it reaches your desired level of char.
