Everything from their food, beer, and spirits to the art, and live music featured are local to the great state of Colorado - including their handcrafted tables made from recycled beetle kill wood! This Fort Collins gem also donates a portion of their sales to a local charity of choice, in return directly impacting the community in an extremely positive and selfless way! The owners make you feel like you are family as soon as you walk through the door, and the food is amazing! I may be biased due to the fact that I work at this amazing establishment, but Jax Fish House is one of the most mouth-watering places in town! They have everything from a raw oyster bar, to dishes like their Seared Halibut Soba Bowl and Grilled Pacific Swordfish Cioppino. Jax comes from the mentality of fresh, local, and sustainable food that nourishes your body, while giving your palette a run for its money! Delectable and Fresh? You just can’t ‘beet’ that ;) - Read more about Jax at http://www.jaxfishhouse.com/
I was first introduced to Restaurant 415 by a dear friend of mine, and I have to say it was love at first bite. They create local inspired dishes like their house-made fried chicken with orange-infused waffles and a bacon-thyme maple syrup, a citrus salad with a champagne shallot vinaigrette, and some seriously luscious desserts! Their patio is a glorious place to sit and schmooze with great friends over a plate of their duo bruschetta, and a fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice with tequila cocktail. I have to say....we are so spoiled Fort Collins! Read more about Restaurant 415 at http://thefourfifteen.com
